Create a repeat order (food subscription)

Steps

1. 1Select the customer. At the register, pick the customer (search by phone or pet name).
2. 2Add the items. Add the food, litter or treats they buy on a cycle.
3. 3Mark it as recurring. Choose “subscribe” and set the interval — e.g. every 28 days — and how many repeats (or no end).
4. 4Complete the sale. Take payment for today as normal.
5. 5Work the list. Due orders appear in the subscriptions list on their date; pack, then ring them through at pickup.

• Start with your top 20 food regulars.
• Put subscribers in a customer group if you give them a discount.
