Who makes GetPetStorePOS?
GetPetStorePOS is the pet store edition of the SmartPOSHub family of point-of-sale editions, operated by SOHOON Technologies. Each edition is the same proven, hosted POS platform, set up and explained for one trade.
Is this a new product?
The pet store edition is new; the POS platform underneath is mature and used in retail stores worldwide. We are launching in the USA, the UAE and Pakistan.
Why a separate edition for pet stores?
Because pet stores sell on a cycle — food runs out every few weeks — and many groom too. A generic retail POS treats both as afterthoughts. This edition starts from them.
Where is my data hosted?
On our own managed servers, with daily backups. See security & data for the plain-language details.
Do you have customer reviews?
Not yet — the edition is launching. Reviews on this site are clearly marked “Sample” until real stores have used it. We will never invent reviews or customer counts.
Can I partner with you?
