When does a pet store need a multi-store POS?

The day you open a second location, a warehouse or even a pop-up at a dog show. Without one, customers and points split in two, stock is counted twice and reports must be stitched together by hand. A multi-store POS keeps one customer list and one catalogue while tracking stock separately per location.

  • Each store is billed as its own location on the Chain plan
  • Unlimited registers per location
  • Central reports in one view

Multi-store: questions

How is a multi-store POS priced?

The Chain plan is priced per location per month, with unlimited registers at each location. See pricing.

Do customers and loyalty points work at every store?

Yes. Customers, pets, repeat orders and points are shared, so a regular can shop at either store.

Can stores have different prices?

Yes. Use the default price list everywhere or give a store its own selling price group.

Can each store have its own tax rate?

Yes. Tax rates, tax groups and receipt layouts are set per location — useful when stores are in different cities or states.

Can I move stock between stores?

Yes. Stock transfers move quantities, including lot and expiry details, from one location to another.

Can a cashier only see their own store?

Yes. Permissions can limit staff to one location while managers see all.

Can I run a store in the UAE and one in Pakistan on one account?

Locations in different countries can use their own currency settings and tax, but most owners keep a separate business account per country for accounting. Ask us on a demo.

Are reports combined?

Yes. Every report can show all locations together or be filtered to one.
