The service
GetPetStorePOS is hosted point-of-sale software for pet stores, provided as a subscription. Features depend on your plan as described on the pricing page.
Accounts
You must give accurate business details and keep logins secure. You are responsible for what your staff do in your account.
Free trial
The trial lasts 30 days and does not require a card. At the end, choose a plan to continue; otherwise the account pauses and is deleted 30 days later.
Prices, billing and taxes
- Prices are set per country on the pricing page. US prices exclude sales tax; UAE prices include 5% VAT; Pakistan prices exclude applicable sales tax.
- Plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Annual plans are paid in advance.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
Card payments in your store
We do not process your customers’ payments. Card and wallet payments run through your own processor, acquirer or wallet provider under their terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful sales, to sell prohibited animals or products, to send spam, or to attack or overload the service. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your store, including animal welfare, licensing, consumer and tax rules.
Your data
- You own your business data. We process it to provide the service and as described in the privacy policy. You can export it at any time while your account is active.
- For personal data about your customers that you store in the software, you are the controller and we act as your processor.
Availability and changes
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a core feature of your plan without notice.
Liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Copyright and content
The website content, design and software are protected by copyright. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, contact us with details and we will review and respond promptly.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel any time; see the refund & cancellation policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or do not pay, after notice where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s place of registration, without limiting mandatory consumer or business protections in your country. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith.
