Free trial
The 30-day trial is free and needs no card. There is nothing to cancel or refund.
Monthly plans
Cancel any time from Settings or by contacting us. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for; we do not refund part-months.
Annual plans
Cancel within 14 days of an annual payment for a full refund. After that, we refund the unused whole months minus the annual discount you received.
Managed website and bundle
Website setup fees are refundable until design work starts. Monthly website and bundle fees follow the monthly rules above. If you cancel the bundle, the GHL snapshot stays installed in your HighLevel account.
Your data after cancelling
Export your data before you cancel. After cancellation, the account is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then deleted, except records we must keep for tax.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer or business law in the USA, the UAE or Pakistan.
