Set up grooming services and the calendar

Steps

1. 1Enable bookings. Turn on bookings for your location (Shop & Groom, Chain or the grooming add-on).
2. 2Add groomers. Add each groomer as a staff member with working hours.
3. 3Create services. Add services as products of type service: Bath, Full groom, Nails — with size variations.
4. 4Book. From the bookings calendar, choose customer, pet, groomer, service and time.
5. 5Check out. At pickup, turn the booking into a sale and add any retail items.

Tips

• Set reminders through your SMS or WhatsApp provider.
• Add add-ons like teeth or de-shed as separate services.

How long does it take to set up grooming services and the calendar?

About 15 minutes for most stores. Create grooming services with prices and times, give groomers calendars and take bookings.
